Phuket Race Week is a week of various sailing events culminating into a four-day regatta
of International Racing standards.
The program involves a two-day sports boat racing event, a one day of dinghy racing and then
the main event, a regatta of over 4 days racing with 30 to 40 boats competing in all classes.
Each day racing begins at 10:00am and finishes no later than 3:00pm.
The entire regatta will take place at the lower level sea
view terrace restaurant, Into the Beach.
Into the Beach, Venue of Race Week
There will be shuttle boats from the Evason jetty for boats anchored in
Ao Chalong, although experience in 2004 demonstrated that there is ample
available anchorage right off the regatta venue.
All prize giveaways, cocktail parties and dinners will take place at
Evason's 'Into the Beach' terrace
restaurant.

Bring along your favorite music, the Audio is equipped with 800 watts of power
and a 10 CD changer that plays MP3 CD's as well as regular CD's.
Infinity Pool adjacent to Into the Beach Terrace
As soon as you come in from sailing, head to the regatta bar
for ice-cold
post-race beers at Ao Chalong-type prices. For the crews there will be a
floating dinghy and
shuttle in and out of the Ao Chalong anchorage, and longtails to
and from the Evason jetty
adjacent to the regatta party area.
